Crafting possibilities, one layer at a time.
3D Printing Services in Markham and the GTA
TECHNAST turns physical problems and digital designs into functional parts. Bring us a CAD file, a broken component, an obsolete part, a prototype, a fixture requirement or simply the problem you need solved. We can help inspect the application, refine or create the model, select a practical material, manufacture the part and iterate from the real result.

What we help produce
- Functional prototypes for fit, motion and assembly testing
- Replacement parts for unavailable or discontinued components
- Jigs, fixtures, holders, guides and manufacturing aids
- Custom housings, brackets, adapters and interfaces
- Flexible, rigid and multi-material components
- Display, presentation and event components
- One-off parts and controlled short production runs
- Large-format parts divided or engineered for practical assembly
More than file-to-printer production
A printable file is useful, but it is not required. TECHNAST can begin from an existing part, damaged sample, drawing, dimensions, scan data, photographs or a functional requirement. The work may involve 3D scanning, CAD reconstruction, design changes, material selection, print-orientation decisions, assembly features and physical iteration before the final part is ready.
The workflow
- Show us the application. Send the file, part, dimensions, photographs and operating requirements.
- Engineering review. We identify missing information, functional risks, process options and the shortest useful next step.
- Design or preparation. We repair, create or optimize the model where required.
- Manufacture. The part is produced using the selected process and material strategy.
- Check and iterate. Fit, function and assembly feedback are incorporated when the job requires refinement.
- Repeat or scale. A validated result can become a repeatable replacement or short-run production workflow.
