Technast Return & Refund Policy

At Technast, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 20 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

• Item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components.

• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (including custom 3D prints, engraved parts, or branded displays) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@technast.ca with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

• After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@technast.ca.
