Back in Pink: Custom Botox Display Parts, Produced in Bulk

Custom display engineering · Batch production
A bold new colour. A full production batch.
Our Botox bottle display project returns in pink, with stacks of custom printed components packed together in the latest batch. It is a direct look at TECHNAST’s bulk 3D printing capability: taking a distinctive display component from design into repeated physical production.

Inside the production process
Bulk production in action
Watch the pink display rings take shape on the printer. This workshop timelapse shows multiple components building together: internal infill, rising walls and the finished top surfaces. Paired with the packed batches below, they show the process behind TECHNAST’s bulk production capability.
Original workshop footage, shown as an accelerated timelapse. Clip length does not represent actual printing time.

Custom design, carried into quantity
The original project called for oversized promotional bottles inspired by the familiar vial shape. TECHNAST developed the custom ring-cap geometry for the display, connecting the visual concept with a part that could be made repeatedly. The earlier purple components and assembled bottles show that development; the pink batch continues the project in a new colour.
Our contribution is the bridge between the design and the production run. Shape, proportions, the interface with the display bottle and the printing approach all matter when a custom component has to become a batch.
Bulk production you can see
The photographs tell the story: repeated parts, stacked together, across purple and pink production. These are physical project components made at TECHNAST. For display builders and creative teams, that capability connects a custom visual idea with the quantities needed to carry it into a larger rollout.
From purple to pink
The new pink components take the lead here. The earlier purple parts and assembled display bottles provide the project history: what the components belong to, how they look up close, and what production looks like on the workbench.
