Our Solution

Technast stepped in with rapid prototyping using flexible 3D printing.

• We designed the model in CAD according to the provided specifications:

  • 85 mm diameter

  • 20 mm height

  • Pleated wall structure

• Using our advanced 3D printers and flexible materials, we created a prototype that closely replicated the look, feel, and functionality of the final molded product.

• The client received a functional, tangible prototype in just days, ready to present to their customer for validation.
