The Cyrus International Film Festival approached Technast with nothing more than a single AI-generated image — a stylized figure with flowing geometry and a dramatic silhouette. They needed this concept transformed into a real, manufacturable, high-quality trophy that could represent their entire event.

We reconstructed the concept from the ground up.
The original AI image was visually interesting but structurally unusable. Our team rebuilt the model in CAD, corrected proportions, optimized the statue for 3D printing, and engineered the base to accommodate the festival’s engraved nameplate.

Every curve, fold, and surface was revised until the organizers approved a final production-ready version. This was not a “quick print.” It was iterative design, refinement, and technical correction to ensure the model wasn’t just beautiful — but manufacturable, stable, and consistent across a production batch.
